Do you charge for a service call?
Yes. Our service fee includes up to 30 minutes of diagnostic time. Please call our office for more details.
How much do you charge per hour?
Our labor rates are based on a National Flat Rate. After initial diagnostics, our technician will provide an estimate for the cost of repairs, including parts & labor. The service fee is not added to this estimate.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
This is one of the most frequently asked questions we hear from our customers. If your appliance has not had a history of bad operation, or this is the first problem its had, then it is our recommendation to schedule an appointment to have it diagnosed & explore your repair options. If you really like your appliance, this is another good reason to schedule an appointment. Most large appliances last at least 10 years, and some even 20 or more. In most cases, repairs will be less than buying a new appliance.
What is your guarantee?
We warranty our work for 30 days on labor & 90 days on parts. Estimates that are given are guaranteed for 30 days.
